Vendor needs to provide comprehensive vacation rental monitoring and enforcement intelligence system to the government authority located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.– Property Identification and Tracking. The vendor shall maintain an up–to–date inventory of all registered and unregistered short–term vacation rental properties within the City, including property–level profiles with ownership linkage, compliance status, and enforcement history.– Vendor shall provide continuous tracking of all short–term rentals operating in the City jurisdiction for zoning and permit compliance.– The vendor shall provide legally defensible evidence packages, including timestamped screenshots, booking calendars, listing histories, and documentation suitable for enforcement and Special Magistrate proceedings.– GIS Mapping of all vacation rentals is preferred
