The City of Banning (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to provide the extra precautionary (temporary) custodial services for one city building which includes detailed surface sanitizing and disinfecting as described herein for additional protection from COVID-19 spread. No City employees have been reported to have COVID-19. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Bids are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Invitation for Bids ("IFB").
