Description
Seminole County is seeking qualified firms to deliver a "turnkey" service to provide address identification, online registration, compliance monitoring, enforcement, and outreach for short term vacation rentals (STR) in accordance with Land Development Code Chapter 30, Part 70, Sections 30.137 through 30.1376 (copy attached) approved by the Board of County Commissioners on May 12, 2020. Pursuant to the adopted Ordinance, registration will be required beginning October 1, 2020.
