(1) Vendor needs to provide virtual high–impact tutoring service to the government authority located in Union, NJ. • Render tutoring services at scale in alignment with the principles of high impact tutoring virtually• Provide a secure virtual platform with live audio/video capabilities with a live instructor.• Serve general education students, multi–lingual learners, at–risk students and students with disabilities• Ensure tutors receive training and leverage high–quality instructional materials for tutoring;• Provide administration with progress monitoring and reporting as required• Coordinate parent night to explain the program expectations• Administer pre and post assessment with three check in times throughout the year for program exit if needed based on growth• Coordinate with district administration and staff; attend minimum monthly meetings with Director of Instruction and Funded Programs for progress monitoring updates• Submission of a final evaluation report by the agency to analyze pre and post assessments showing notable gain or improvement
