Design Build Services (DBS) for Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant Demolition and New Clearwells and High Service Pump Station

The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is requesting Proposals for Project Title . Proposals are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late Proposals will not be accepted. Project work includes but is not limited to the design, permitting, construction, and commission of the new Scott Candler WTP Demolition and New Clearwells and High Service Pump Station, which includes the demolition of the existing old filter plant, a new high service pump station, and the addition of two new 10 million gallons of Clearwell water storage with space for an additional 20 million gallons in the future.
