Clackamas County Department of Disaster Management (CCDM) and Washington County Emergency Management (WCEM) are seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants with demonstrated experience in pre-disaster recovery planning and framework development to support the development of two Local Disaster Recovery Frameworks, one each for Washington and Clackamas counties. The successful proposal will describe an effective project management approach, support for two core planning teams, and a robust stakeholder engagement plan.
