The City of Fort Myers (City) requests submittals from interested and qualified Respondents to provide affordable housing development services in response to the Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery, The City of Fort Myers intends to be a subrecipient of the $1.1B Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) allocation to Lee County. CDBG-DR funds are being allocated through the competitive Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). Respondents should demonstrate the capacity to construct and develop Multi and Single-Family Housing opportunities. The Contract Award is contingent upon grant award.
