Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Staff Augmentation

The City of Fort Myers (City) requests submittals from interested and qualified Respondents to provide Grant Management and Staff Augmentation Services in response to the Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery, The City of Fort Myers intends to be a subrecipient of the $1.1B Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) allocation to Lee County. CDBG-DR funds are being allocated through competitive Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). Respondents should demonstrate capacity to respond to a varying amount of award. Projects have the potential to include: Critical Infrastructure, Public Facilities, Affordable Housing Developments, and Planning opportunities. The level of the respondent's assistance is contingent on the amount of award.
