(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consultant services. – Provide strategic planning consulting services for the development of the commission’s 2027–2032 strategic plan. – Consultant will review available documentation related to the commission’s operations, programs, and current strategic plan, including relevant county policies, reports, and efforts (e.g., government reform task force).– Conduct focus groups with commissioners and various key stakeholders to identify goals and define objectives.– Consultant will analyze the data and results collected and create a report based on the input and at the direction of the commission that includes a proposed draft of the strategic plan and proposed next steps for executing the strategic plan.– Consultant will summarize feedback received from commissioners and stakeholders, as well as information derived from the review of relevant reports and ongoing county efforts.– Data and results of interviews and outreach.– Develop a project strategy and timeline summary following the kick–off meeting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 11, 2026.
