For Medium Voltage Electrical Equipment for Water Pollution Control Facility Improvements - Phase II Project, Project No. 612-07660

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the City of Hayward (City) is inviting proposals under Request for Quote (RFQ) 25-011 - Medium Voltage Electrical Equipment for WPCF Improvements – Phase II Project (Phase II Project). Each proposal shall be furnished on the attached bid forms (Attachments A - F) with accompanying cover letter in accordance with instructions provided herein and in the attached general provisions. All proposals must be submitted electronically by the Proposal Submission Deadline specified in Section 1.4 Timeline, and be clearly identified with the RFQ number and title, company name, and other required items described herein. It is the sole responsibility of the proposing firm to ensure that proposals are received prior to the closing time, as late bids will not be accepted and will be deemed nonresponsive. The City of Hayward is only accepting electronic bid submissions. See Section 2.2 for information on electronic bid submissions. The cutoff date for submitting questions is identified in Section 1.4 Timeline. Bidders shall review and acknowledge all Addenda on Attachment B to be submitted with the Bid.
