William E. Dunn Water Reclamation Facility & North Booster Pump Station Electrical Improvements Step 2

The project includes improvements to the electrical system at the William E. Dunn Water Reclamation Facility and Electrical Improvements at the North Booster Pump Station. At the W.E. Dunn Facility, the project includes the removal of the existing transformers at the east Motor Control Center (MCC), west MCC, and Maintenance building; removal and replacement of the existing east and west MCCs; removal of the existing east and west generator sets; installation of two new transformers; installation of two new generators, new electrical building and installation of new conduit and wiring as required. At the North Booster Pump Station, the project includes the removal and replacement of three Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), improvements to the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system, lightning protection system, fire detection system and upgrades to the programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
