Beneta Well No. 2 - Phase II Equipping Project

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TUSTIN, as AGENCY invites sealed bids for the Beneta Well No. 2 - Phase II Equipping Project (CIP No. 60151) This work shall consist in part of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals as required by the plans, specifications and contract documents to equip a newly constructed domestic water well at 18001 Beneta Way. The general items of work include: demolition of existing site improvements; new 1500 gpm, 300 hp VFD operated well pump, 12 inch discharge piping, and connections to the City’s existing water distribution system; new 420 sf and 215 sf masonry buildings; bulk sodium hypochlorite storage and disinfection system; construction of 90 lf of 18 inch rcp drain pipe and outlet structure to an existing drainage channel; new 600 amp electrical service, switchboard and motor control center; plc based well control panel including SCADA integration; 8 foot high masonry perimeter walls with motorized gate; AC yard paving; curb, gutter, sidewalk, and driveway replacement; and landscaping and irrigation system improvements, all as detailed on the plans and specified herein or as customarily necessary to complete the intent of the proposed work.
