ESTATE-11767 - USA (Oregon) - Reinsurance Broker Services for Liability and Cyber Liability - Deadline August 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide reinsurance broker services for liability and cyber liability to the government authority located in Oregon.– Reinsurance brokerage services for liability and cyber liability coverage for agency and its members.– Services provided will include, but not be limited to, the following:– Market and place excess liability and cyber liability for agency, with capacity to reach insurance/reinsurance markets worldwide.– Organize meetings with reinsurance underwriters annually– Provide access to markets and the ability to find and/or create market opportunities that meet the needs of cities and counties.– Assemble options and alternatives for agency and members on emerging risks and coverages.– Identify, review, and evaluate risks and exposures facing agency.– Identify deficiencies in insurance coverages.– Provide assistance with underwriting data.– Have a strong working relationship with reinsurance underwriters.– Assure financial strength of reinsurance companies.– Provide recommendations on placements, limits, and retentions.– Provide an annual stewardship report.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
