Broker of Record Services - General Liability

The Jersey City Board of Education solicits proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with Ch. 19:44-20.4 et seq for the following: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified, licensed brokerage firm to obtain competitive program alternatives for General Liability Insurance Coverage for the Jersey City Public Schools and to provide consulting services relating to all General Liability Insurance matters. The intent of this RFP is to award a contract to that responsible bidder whose proposal, conforming to this RFP, is most advantageous to the District, price and other factors considered. It is the intent of the District to award a contract to a single broker for the whole District. The District will choose the most capable broker whose proposal demonstrates the ability to satisfy the terms, conditions, and requirements as specified in this RFP. Based on the proposals received, the District intends to select a broker to serve as its Broker of Record for solicitation and placement of general liability insurance programs. The District will consider proposals for these services for a period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
