Menifee Union School District Real Estate Broker Services RFQ RFQ No. 2024-RFQ-0025 The Menifee Union School District, 29775 Haun Road, Menifee, California 92586 hereby invites sealed proposals for the following: The Menifee Union School District (“District”) is requesting the submission of a statement of qualifications (“Statement of Qualifications” or “SOQ”) from firms (“Proposer”) specializing in commercial real estate to provide professional real estate broker services. It is the intent of this RFQ to have the successful broker/firm enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the District to supply services per the Scope of Work found below All proposals must be delivered electronically via the District's e-Procurement Portal ("Portal") https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/menifeeusd .
