Vendor needs to provide annual service and maintenance agreement services to the government authority located in Bethesda, MD.• Provide a service agreement with a twelve (12) month period of performance beginning on the date of award.• Perform a minimum of one (1) preventative maintenance (PM) visit per year.• Preventative maintenance shall include inspection, cleaning, calibration, and performance verification of the system to ensure the instrument operates according to manufacturer specifications.• Verify and document system performance during preventative maintenance visits to confirm proper operation and compliance with manufacturer specifications.• Perform system calibration to ensure accurate, reliable, and reproducible imaging results.• Provide on–site repair services in the event of system malfunction or equipment failure.• Provide priority response time for service calls, with an expected response within 24–48 hours of notification.• Provide replacement parts necessary to complete repairs, including manufacturer–approved or compatible parts appropriate for the Leica SP8 system.• Provide technical support via phone and email for troubleshooting and operational assistance.• Provide software updates and upgrades, when available and applicable, to maintain system compatibility and functionality.
