(1) Vendor needs to provide joint maintenance diagnostic hardware, software and managed services to the government authority located in St Paul, MN.– Managed Services Provider to deliver hardware, software, and end user support that will facilitate efficient maintenance and repair practices– Should include the provisioning, configuring, licensing, implementation and deployment services, and continuous support for a comprehensive diagnostic tool management program.– Improve the accuracy of information available across all software tools, ease the administrative burden, and improve the Council’s diagnostic capabilities.– Ideal managed diagnostic hardware and software solution will help the Council’s fleet and maintenance departments move toward a fully connected diagnostic, inspection, and maintenance ecosystem that monitors active maintenance alerts and faults while providing valuable data and support tools to the diagnostic and repair processes in use throughout repairing locations.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
