EQU-18744 - USA (West Sacramento, California) - Fleet Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services - Deadline July 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet equipment maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in West Sacramento, CA.– Provider must be mobile and able to perform vehicle and equipment maintenance on–site, as well as the ability to provide maintenance tracking.– Provider must dispose of all consumable and non–consumable items after service/repair.– Provider shall perform regularly scheduled minor mechanical service within one–half (1/2) working day from delivery, and any scheduled major service within one working day from delivery, including provision of oil, filters, fluids, batteries, and other parts specified for scheduled service, as applicable to each vehicle type. – Provider shall maintain preventative service records and schedule preventative maintenance as required by manufacturer recommendations.– Provider shall provide pick–up and delivery service at locations requested by each department, and/or provide shuttle service for City personnel to and from various City locations. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
