(1) Vendor needs to provide court cases attorneys service to the government authority located in Douglas, WA.• District Court misdemeanour matters, including show cause, probation violation, sentencemodification hearings, gross misdemeanour and appeals of District Court rulings in Superior Court.• The expectation is that the attorney will prepare for and manage dockets onTuesdays (up to 6 hours) and Wednesday afternoon (approx.1–2 hours), and prepare for and managetrials if set, on alternate Thursdays and/or Fridays depending on the week. Approximate number ofopen cases at any given time is 120.
