Washington County Veterans Treatment Court | Request for Proposal | Substance Use Testing Services

The Washington County District Attorney’s Office intends to engage in a Request for Proposals (RFP) process for substance use collection and testing services for veterans engaged in the Washington County Veterans Treatment Court program (VTC). The respondent must able to collect observed specimens for the purpose of substance use testing and promptly enter the results into our case management system for an estimated 20-30 participants a year. Additionally, the respondent must utilize a certified lab that can provide confirmation testing with results, and who can testify in court if necessary. It would be preferred, though not required, to utilize Redwood Toxicology for lab testing, as they are working with our case management system to start inputting all test results.
