LEGAL-17245 - USA (Providence, Rhode Island) - Landlord, Tenant and Related Legal Services - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide landlord, tenant and related legal services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.  – Attending and representing the agency at grievance hearings and other regulatory or administrative hearings.– Preparing, filing, serving, reviewing, and managing legal pleadings, documents, papers, contracts, waivers and appearing on behalf of the agency in eviction and other legal proceedings.– Sharing best practices and strategic approaches for navigating housing court trends and understanding tenant–landlord–community dynamics.– Perform such other legal drafting as may be required.– Appearing and representing the agency in legal actions and proceedings commenced at the state commission for human rights.– Advising and assisting the agency in handling all legal questions and matters arising under rental occupancy agreements and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
