(1) Vendor needs to provide radiation safety dosimetry services to the government authority located in MN.• Dosimetry services includes the integration of digital and passive dosimeters, which issupported by a centralized online management system, the engagement further includes comprehensive customer support, and standardized report generation designed to meet all applicable regulatory requirements• The scope of work for these dosimetry services includes the integration of digital and passive dosimeters, which is supported by a centralized online management system, the engagement further includes comprehensive customer support, and standardized report generation designed to meet all applicable regulatory requirements.• Digital, Real–Time Monitoring Devices:– The company should provide digital personal monitoring devices that measure a worker's radiation exposure as it occurs, in real time.• Requirements include:– Provide exposure data on an online system in a format that is easy to read– Maintain a reliable battery life sufficient to last a monitoring period without requiring recharge or replacement Be durable enough for daily use in a laboratory or clinical settings– Store exposure data that can be retrieved and reviewed at any time Be easy to operate and require minimal training for new users– Come with a clear process for replacement or repair in the event of device malfunction, with a guaranteed turnaround time for replacement units– Appropriate ability to select configuration of monitoring periods to comply with University needs(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026
