DESIGN SERVICES FOR QUEEN CREEK PUBLIC SAFETY SUPPORT SERVICES BUILDING

General work description: The Town of Queen Creek is soliciting Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide design services for the Queen Creek Public Safety Support Services Building Project MF019. The Town of Queen Creek is accepting proposals for Architectural and Engineering services to design a renovation project to convert the existing, recently acquired, Barney Family Sports Complex located at 22050 E. Queen Creek Rd., Queen Creek, AZ 85142 into a joint-use, operations facility for Queen Creek Police Department (QCPD) and Queen Creek Fire and Medical Department (QCFMD). The existing property spans approximately 11 acres on the corner of Queen Creek Road and N. 220th Street, containing one (1) main building structure, one (1) cell tower and supporting, small structure and is surrounded with four (4) retention basins at the corners of the property. Started in July 2022 and completed in November 2022, the Town contracted consultants to conduct a feasibility study to determine the viability of the property and existing facility to accommodate all of the needs and programming of both QCPD and QCFMD. The feasibility study also included estimated design and construction costs for the project. A Pre-Submittal Meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 03, 2023 at 9:00 AM: Arizona Time. This conference is not mandatory, but is strongly recommended. This will be the only opportunity for the Proposer’s to visit and tour the site.
