(1) Vendor needs to provide technical consulting service to the government authority located in Utah. – Provide technical consulting services in environmental science, engineering, and radiation safety.– Support the division in evaluating, reviewing, and processing complex radioactive materials license applications, renewals, amendments, and modifications.– Review of a radioactive materials license application, renewal application, license amendment, or modification application is an iterative process.– Review and evaluate completeness of the applicant's license submissions.– Review and evaluate containment structures and transport packages.– Prepare written documentation of findings for publication.– During the review process, non–routine special reviews of topics may be requested.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
