Description
Washington County Disability, Aging and Veteran Services is seeking qualified applicants to provide Family Caregiver Support Program services of individual counseling and/or facilitation of support groups to unpaid family and friend caregivers that meet program eligibility requirements. Our program aims to support caregivers through short-term solution focused therapy and/or group support to cope with the emotional strain of this work, problem solve, and care for themselves.
