Purpose – The San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) is soliciting Proposals from well-qualified vendors who meet the requirements to provide home visits and services to families in order to decrease chronic absenteeism and increase academic achievement. By working collaboratively with vendors, the District can create a comprehensive approach to addressing chronic absenteeism and promoting student success. Areas of support needed are as follows: The successful Respondent (also referred to as “Contractor” “Offeror” or “Firm” or vendor herein) shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies required to fulfill services needed.
