(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based client consent income verification solution. – Provide a contractor–hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that provides a comprehensive real–time, secure and automated centralized Income and employment verification service that integrates third party verification services with plug–and–play access to interface with agency eligibility systems.– The income and employment verification service solution must be designed with extensibility in mind, allowing for future growth and integration within internal/external systems and data sources.– The system architecture must support modular enhancements and provide well–documented APIs or integration points to facilitate seamless interoperability with other solution platforms, including case management systems, data warehouses, reporting tools.– Provide 24/7 availability of a secure, automated web–based portal where clients can access an Income and employment verification service that retrieves real–time or near real–time payroll and employment data compatible with the agency’s technology environment and policies.   – The service must include client permitted data pulled directly from employer payroll systems, payroll processors, employer–provided Application Program Interfaces (APIs), unemployment/disability or other benefits data, tax records and independent platforms commonly used by independent contractors/gig workers.– Accurate, up‑to‑date, and easy‑to‑read employment and income verification data must be available in real time to agency caseworkers to confirm a client’s employment status and income for determining eligibility for public aid or assistance, as well as for the prevention or identification of fraud or overpayments.– Provide a documented planned implementation approach that oversees the full lifecycle of the solution, planning and configuration to deployment, user training and post–implementation support, ensure a seamless transition from current processes to the new solution with minimal disruption to operations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
