(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce and labor market intelligence platform.• Agency is seeking access to a workforce and labor market intelligence platform capable of providing comprehensive labor market analytics, workforce planning, and skills intelligence• The solution shall provide access to current and historical labor market data, workforce trends, occupational analysis, and skills–based insights to support strategic workforce planning and decision–making• Labor market analysis, including employment trends, workforce supply and demand, wage data, and regional labor market conditions.• Occupation and industry analysis using standardized workforce classifications.• Skills intelligence capabilities that identify, analyze, and track workforce skills, competencies, certifications, and credential requirements.• Workforce planning and talent analytics tools to support recruitment, retention, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives.• Job posting and hiring demand analytics derived from publicly available employment data sources.• Customizable dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations for workforce analysis and decision support.• Access to current and historical labor market datasets and benchmarking information.• Data export capabilities and application programming interface (API) access, if available, to support integration with Government systems.• User training, technical support, and ongoing platform maintenance.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026
