EXTRA-71109 - USA (Midland, Michigan) - Transit Facility Study Services - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide transit facility study services to the government authority located in Midland, MI.– Long–term plan to position county–wide transit service for proactive, comprehensive growth to meet current and future local and regional transportation demand.– A key component of the recommendation is the need for a main transportation facility tohouse the combined administrative and operations staff, as neither nor current facilitieshave the capacity needed.– New facility, the study recommended keeping a second facility with some maintenance functions elsewhere in the county to support service efficiency by reducing unproductive miles and hours as bus routes start/end for the day, as well as a potential remote location for a bus to serve the outlying areas.– Provide a conceptual plan for a joint transportation facility that will meet the administrative and operational needs of a public transportation authority to serve.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
