(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.• Clean entrance, exit, vestibule and all front lobby glass inside and outside• Clean entire glass on walls, interior doors and partitions.• Both front and back stairways.• Clean and sanitize tables and surfaces in Training Room, at least once a week• Sweep floors in Training Room, at least once a week, or as requested• Clean door kicks, push plates, handles and frames• Clean waste baskets (inside and out) at least once per week• Sweep steps and landings in rear entrance, first floor to fifth floor• Damp clean desks, chairs, tables, etc. (public use areas only) and heavy scrub as needed or requested by agency• Damp clean ceiling vents(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.
