Washington County Facilities and Park Services is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services to develop a Strategic Facilities Plan (SFP). The County Administrative Office (CAO) and the Facilities & Parks Services Division (FPS) are undertaking a strategic facilities planning effort. This request for proposal seeks to identify a partner to guide this strategic facilities planning effort that will shape our facilities portfolio for the next 50 years and inform a capital construction effort over a short term cycle and 2 ten year cycles.
