The purpose of this Request for Quotation is to define the County’s minimum requirements for the purchase of One (1) ProtectIR Dedicated FTIR spectrometer, One (1) XplorIR dedicated FTIR spectrometer; including Apple iPad, warranties and training by which the County may evaluate products offered by Contractors or Vendors. As used herein, the term Contractor or Vendor shall mean the Contractor, its employees, or agents.
