Description

Pasadena Water and Power (“PWP”) seeks bids to provide inspection, testing, infrared scanning, oil analysis, and reporting services for liquid-filled electrical equipment installed at multiple sites within the City of Pasadena and at a hydro-electric facility in the City of Azusa. The installed equipment includes transformer main tanks, tap changers, high-voltage bushing compartments, and medium-voltage multi-position switches. The resulting contract will also provide as-needed training, field support, and engineering services to assist PWP staff in diagnosing equipment conditions, planning maintenance, and supporting capital project development. All work shall be performed in accordance with ASTM International, IEEE, and recognized electric utility standards.
