QUALITY-2793 - USA (Madison, Wisconsin) - Drug and Alcohol Testing and Monitoring Program Services - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide drug and alcohol testing and monitoring program services to the government authority located in Madison, WI.– drug and alcohol testing and monitoring program requirements vary by program but typically include signing a participation agreement, undergoing regular and random testing (sometimes twice daily for alcohol), paying for program–related costs, and complying with a driver safety plan for the intoxicated driver program.– Participants shall submit to drug and alcohol testing, which can include urine, breath, hair, blood, or transdermal monitoring.– Controlled substance testing is required as specified in the Order, and can include urine, blood, or hair specimens.– Compliance: Participants shall comply with all program rules, which can include daily check–ins, providing specimens within a specific timeframe, and following any associated driver safety plan.– Costs: Participants are generally responsible for all program–related costs, including evaluations, treatment, and testing fees.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
