(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and visual services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.• SPECIFICATIONS FOR VIDEO PER ROOM:• Quantity of 2 – 9’ X 16’ Video wall – DVS 3.9 mm (wall will need to be flown from beams flankingstage)• Quantity of 2 – 8’ X 14’ Video wall as delay walls in back – ¾ of room – ground supported• Quantity of 2 – Video wall processors• Quantity of 1 – 3 camera robotic camera package• Quantity of 1 – Video switcher package (Blackmagic or equivalent)• All necessary LED cabling, SDI cabling• Quantity of 4 – 1 ton motor package with controller for flying walls• 40’ of 12“ truss to fly video wall• SPECIFICATIONS FOR AUDIO PER ROOM:• 32 Channel digital console (M32 or equivalent)• 32 Channel digital snake (DL32 or equivalent)• 16 line array cabinets flown flanking stage (EAW Radius or equivalent)• 8 subwoofers (EAW Radius or equivalent)• Small format line array for audio delays (K–array 400 or equivalent)• 4–6 front fills for stage• 4–6 12” powered monitor wedges (JBL or equivalent)• Microphone package for all needs• Microphone stand package for all needs• 1 podium microphone• Choir microphone package as needed for entertainment• Microphone cabling package• 2 – 1 ton motors for flying PA(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026
