Audio / Visual Consultant for Business Technology Services

Pinellas County Business Technology Services is pleased to invite proposals for the evaluation of Pinellas County's audio/visual equipment. Pinellas County has identified the need for a capital improvement program (CIP) that will address future requirements for audio/visual system maintenance for all County owned facilities and is seeking the expertise of a qualified audio/video consultant to perform a detailed assessment of the current infrastructure. The consultant will provide recommendations for upgrades, additions, and improvements in alignment with Pinellas County's stakeholder needs as well as a multi-year financial budget forecast for system depreciation and maintenance based upon the analysis. The deliverable is a requirements document that can be used to obtain a fully qualified audio/visual consultant to execute the CIP program.
