EQU-18731 - USA (Chico, California) - Audio and Video System - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and video system to the government authority located in Chico, CA.         – Provide a complete A/V system including displays, audio systems, structured cabling, control systems, integration, commissioning, and training.– Displays shall be permanently installed via wall mount, ceiling mount, or other approved mounting solution. – Provide an IP address schedule and verify that all network–connected A/V devices are reachable from the management VLAN, with all default credentials changed prior to handover.– Loudspeaker locations shall be determined by acoustic modeling and shall prioritize uniform coverage and speech intelligibility at every seat over installation convenience or ceiling aesthetics.– Provide complete audio system including speakers, amplification, and DSP as required.– Freestanding or portable display configurations are not permitted.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.          (3) A mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on July 13, 2026.
