(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and video upgrade services to the government authority located in San Gabriel, CA.– The upgraded system shall provide flexible multi–source, multi–user, and multi–display functionality, enabling staff and partner agencies to effectively coordinate response efforts in a dynamic emergency management environment.– Support for multiple simultaneous users, content sources, displays, rooms, and remote locations without requiring custom programming or complex operator intervention. – Ability to display, route, resize, and manage multiple content sources concurrently across one or more displays. – Flexible content management allowing operators to create, save, and recall custom display layouts for various operational scenarios, training exercises, and emergency incidents. – Graphical drag–and–drop interface for routing content to displays and managing display layouts. – Ability to scale, resize, crop, and reposition content without restrictions related to source resolution, aspect ratio, or pixel dimensions. – Professional–grade ceiling–mounted speakers providing clear audio coverage throughout the room. – Ceiling–mounted omnidirectional microphone array(s) capable of capturing speech from participants throughout the EOC. – High–definition pan–tilt–zoom (PTZ) camera(s) with presets and remote–control functionality. – Integration with commonly used conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and equivalent solutions. – Support for content sharing between local participants and remote attendees.
