(1) Vendor needs to provide fire extinguisher maintenance, repair, and replacement services to the government authority located in Fontana, CA.– Clean agent system:– Inspect room integrity.–Inspect tank pressure.– Confirm chemical level.– Test manual pull.– Test smoke detectors.– Confirm cross zone.– Confirm first alarm.– Confirm second alarm.– Confirm horn and strobe.– Main drain test – perform main drain test.– Control valves – inspection and opening and closing of valves.– Alarm devices – make sure alarm devices are working properly.– Gauges – replace gauges and check for proper operation.– Check hydraulic name plate if applicable.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
