EQU-18808 - USA (Kissimmee, Florida) - Uninterrupted Power Supply Inspection and Maintenance Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide uninterrupted power supply inspection and maintenance services to the government authority located in Kissimmee, FL. – Provide annual inspection and maintenance services for uninterrupted power supply units and batteries at various locations.– The Contractor shall demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance of commercial/industrial UPS systems of similar size and complexity.– The Contractor shall be regularly engaged in the inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of commercial or industrial uninterrupted power supply (UPS) systems and battery systems of similar size and complexity.– The Contractor shall submit training, certification, and experience records of technicians who will perform UPS maintenance tasks under this Contract.– The Contractor shall employ qualified personnel experienced in UPS systems, battery maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and associated preventative maintenance services.– Preventative Maintenance Requirements• Verification of inverter, rectifier, charger, and bypass operation• Verification of generator interface, where applicable• Outage simulation testing where applicable• Verification of uninterrupted transfer waveform• Charger current limit verification• Verification of alarm functionality and monitoring systems• Verification of input/output voltage and frequency parameters(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
