EXTRA-72734 - USA (Albuquerque, New Mexico) - Building Systems, Maintenance, and On-Call Services - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide building systems, maintenance, and on–call services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM.     – Provide scheduled preventative maintenance for all applicable systems to maximize reliability, extend useful life, reduce emergency failures, and maintain manufacturer warranty compliance.– Contractors may be tasked with furnishing and installing new systems, components, or equipment where facilities require expansion, modernization, or replacement of non–functioning assets.– There are multiple scopes and trades included under this solicitation, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical services.– Provide upgrade services to improve efficiency, reliability, controls, safety, and maintainability.– Preference shall be given to energy–efficient systems with favorable life–cycle cost performance.– Contractor shall assess failed or obsolete systems and provide turnkey replacement solutions.– Design and coordination requirements.– Preventative maintenance.    – Controls integration and building automation.– Equipment and system replacements.– Diagnostics and troubleshooting.–Facility upgrades and modernization.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.           (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 16, 2026.
