FIRE-1754 - USA (Niskayuna, New York) - Fire Alarm Systems Testing, Inspections and Maintenance Services - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm systems testing, inspections and maintenance services to the government authority located in Niskayuna, NY.– Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform recurring inspections, testing, and, if needed, maintenance for the fire alarm system and peripheral devices.– Responsible for the testing and maintenance of the following specific components– Specialized Functional Testing– Block Hours: Fire Inspector/Consultancy Services– Batteries: Annual load testing of batteries; proactive replacement of batteries that fail to meet voltage/amperage requirements or exceed a 3–year shelf life.– Intelligent vs. Non–Intelligent: The contractor must demonstrate the ability to program and troubleshoot both legacy (non–intelligent) and modern addressable (intelligent) systems.– Duct Detection: Testing must include verification of sampling tube pressure and ensure appropriate shutdown of associated air handling units.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
