EQU-18649 - USA (Oakland, California) - Multi-User Flight Information Display System - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide multi–user flight information display system to the government authority located in Oakland, CA.  – Multiuser flight information display system, content management system, airport operations database, and resource management system. – Provide all hardware, software, and any other related components necessary to implement the system.– Provide content creation services throughout project implementation and duration of the managed services contract.– The system also drives 15 baggage displays, 19 gate displays, 5 terminal lounge displays, 5 sterile area exit digital players.– Omnivex provides CMS services to 40 content players driving 40 FIDS, 17 visual paging displays, and 12 advertisement displays.– The proposed CMS solution will be able to support a variety of port–provided digital content.– Provide all network switching and cabling infrastructure.    – Provide detailed technical design documents of proposed system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.          (4) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 14, 2026.
