Description
The Boone County Fiscal Court will receive bids from qualified vendors to perform the services associated with the BCFY25-03 KY 237 Multi-Use Path Phase 2, KYTC Item No. 6-3225. This project is for the construction of approximately 4,929 LF of 10-foot-wide multi-use path, including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. Each bidder is required to submit with their bid, a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Due Federal Funding, this project is subject to the Federal Davis-Bacon Act wage requirements. This project also requires a 5% Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) goal. Bidders and DBE subcontractors must be pre-qualified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet at the time of the bid to be eligible for award.
