Vendor needs to provide fleet data systems fuel management systems.– Maintenance and Support contract shall include telephone support, firmware updates, and enhancements.– The contractor shall make available technically qualified personnel to respond to all reasonable telephone requests and telephone hotline assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.– The contractor shall be responsible for any/all travel expenses incurred during an on–site visit.– In response to all calls for repair service or warranty claims, the Contractor shall arrive at the County fueling sites within 24 hours after receiving the call and shall complete the repair within 48–72 hours upon the delivery of the parts.– The percentage discount shall be taken from the parts price list catalog, CD, DVD, or website supplied with bid response.
