FUELS-0100 - USA (Seneca, South Carolina) - Aviation Fuel Supplies - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide aviation fuel supplies to the government authority located in Seneca, SC.   – Aviation fuel suppliers to supply aviation fuels (100LL AvGas and Jet A), on an as need basis, for resale, and to provide other fuel–related business support to the airport.     – Deliveries shall be full transport amounts not less than 7000 gallons and not more than 8,500 gallons’ gross.– Supplier shall make available to a twenty–four–hour telephone number, should a problem occur or the requires a weekend delivery.– Provide delivery within forty–eight (48) hours of order being placed, excluding holidays.– Proposer shall affirm fuel ordering capability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.– Provide aviation fuel delivery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 07, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for one year.
