Vendor needs to provide cloud–based menu software.• System must incorporate customizable role–based access to data at various levels (e.g. administrator, manager and supervisor or chef, or employee, etc.) ensuring that employees only view and edit data as needed for their role and scope of work.• Administrative capabilities that allows to manage users.• User Single sign–on via active directory integration, etc.• Cloud–based, hosted, and supported by vendor via URL access.• Easily customizable reporting with the ability to pick and choose data fields.• Create reports using queries such as “last edited”, “used in”, and “last used” inputs including inventory items, recipes, and menus.• Real–time data management will assist with asset control and theft management to better meet internal control standards.• Ability to develop and selectively publish multiple menus across the enterprise.• Digital and web–based menu displays that are updated in real time when changes are made.• Ability to generate orders (internal and external) and production sheet information from menus based on forecasted usage numbers and post production or sales history.• Ability to cost menus.• Ability to share recipes selectively across the enterprise.• Enhances current waste management practices through reporting and data analytics.• Facilitates menu planning through waste management tracking, reporting and future cycle and menu updates.
