Brief Description: Putnam County School District intends to enter into a three-year agreement with KickUp, Inc. for a professional learning and educator growth management platform that supports instructional coaching, classroom walkthroughs, professional development management, educator feedback, reporting, and data analytics. The platform serves as a centralized system for managing educator development activities and supporting district-wide instructional improvement initiatives. Estimated Value: $81,354.00 Term (Years): 3 Vendor: KickUp, Inc. Justification: The District currently utilizes the KickUp platform and has determined that continuation of the existing solution best supports operational continuity, preserves historical data and reporting capabilities, and minimizes disruption to established workflows, staff training, and professional learning processes. KickUp provides functionality for instructional walkthroughs, coaching cycles, professional development registration and tracking, educator feedback collection, reporting, and educator growth monitoring within a single integrated platform. KickUp has represented that it is the exclusive provider of the KickUp platform and associated services. In the interest of transparency and market review, the District is utilizing a Single Source procurement process and is providing public notice through OpenGov. Vendors that believe they can provide a substantially equivalent solution capable of meeting the District's operational and business requirements are encouraged to submit supporting documentation for review during the posting period. The District will evaluate any responses received prior to making a final procurement determination
