RFP - EDUCATIONAL AND INSTRUCTIONAL SOFTWARE 10/28/24 REFRESH

Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education (State System) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain Educational and Instructional Software on behalf of the State System universities (collectively the State System). The State System is interested in selecting a pool of qualified providers that can provide educational software in support of its universities. This RFP is expected to result in multiple participation award contracts. Software will be procured by the State System on an as-needed basis. This State System makes no guarantee as to the actual software that will be procured. THIS IS AN OPEN-ENROLLMENT SOLICITATION. OFFERORS MAY RESPOND AT ANY TIME UNTIL JUNE 30, 2031. The State System is refreshing this solicitation 10/28/24 in order to solicit additional responses. The State System holds current contracts as a result of RFP #DOC396090411 for these services and wishes to solicit additional Educational and Instructional Software. Offerors that have already received an award as a result of the original solicitation (RFP #DOC396090411) are not required to resubmit a response unless offering new Educational Instructional Software.
