(1) Vendor needs to provide WOC entry access system to the government authority located in MT. – provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, supplies and services necessary.– Modifications are needed to update the wing operations centre controlled area access system.– Diagram 1 shows at a high–level where modifications need to be made.– The numbered areas correspond to sections following of deliverables expected from the contractor.– There shall be a PIN pad that unlocks the door.– This secondary means of entry will be utilized for emergencies.– provide the customer a stand–alone system that allows the government to code cards for entry into the facility.– Video camera shall transmit live video to the desk marked by a star and the desk circled.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for total Small Business.
